The short version
No cookies. No tracking pixels. No data sold to anyone. I collect only what you explicitly give me through forms, plus anonymous analytics that can't identify individuals.
Data I collect
Audit request forms: name, email, website URL, and optional context you provide.
Subscribe forms: email address only.
Anonymous analytics: page views, scroll depth, CTA clicks, and time on page. No cookies. No personally identifiable information. Session identity uses a rotating hash that cannot identify individuals.
Where it's stored
- — Form data: Cloudflare D1 (US-based data centers)
- — Email subscriber data: Self-hosted Listmonk (Hetzner Cloud, US East)
- — Anonymous analytics: Cloudflare D1 (US-based data centers)
Retention
- — Form submissions: 12 months, then anonymized
- — Analytics events: 6 months, then deleted
- — Email subscriptions: Until you unsubscribe (every email includes an unsubscribe link)
Purpose
- — Responding to audit requests
- — Sending writing notifications to subscribers
- — Understanding how visitors use the site to improve it
Third-party services
- — Cloudflare — hosting, analytics infrastructure, bot protection
- — Resend — email delivery
- — All fonts are self-hosted — no external font service requests
No data is sold or shared with advertisers.
